It takes about a 1,5 hours to reach the lake, with a low to moderate difficulty, but it will be more than rewarding once we arrive at this natural beauty. It is also possible to rent a horse in case you don’t feel like hiking all the way up. Once at the lagoon we will have enough time to take pictures, bring an offer to the Apus.

Tour Reviews
The drive to Humantay Lake was long and the roads were narrow(on the side of a mountain). If I were you, I would take a pill because I felt sick all the way until we arrived at our “breakfast place”. We spent some time there and then we went back to the car to go to our final destination.
I wasn’t feeling great and the altitude was tough on me. Again, I think you should take some coca leaves or altitude pills.
The hike was a little hard because it was slippery but it was doable with some breaks here and there.
All in all it was an amazing experience! The view is breathtaking!
