Cusco - Qenqo - Puca Pucara - Tambomachay - Sacsayhuaman
You will be collected from your hotel or Plaza Regocijo (your choice) at 8:00am and driven with your IncaHighlands guide to take you to the archaeological center of Qenqo. Here we will have a guided tour knowing the meaning of each of the carvings on its immense rocks.
At the end of this visit we will meet the muleteers and horses. Riding our horses we’ll go to Puka Pukara, all the time accompanied by the guide and the muleteers while watching beautiful landscapes. We will dismount our horses a few minutes later, walking in Puka Pukara, where we will have a guided tour of the place, then continue walking towards Tambomachay, where it is believed that the Incas worshiped the Water. This archaeological center has different channels, ducts and waterfalls.
Later we will go on our horses to the fortress of Sacsayhuaman there we will say goodbye to these cute animals. Here the guide will not give a tour of the fascinating and impressive place built of huge blocks of rocks.
Finally we will take our private transport to Cusco and we will drop you off at your hotel.
