Surely you have already heard in the news about the current situation in our country about social protests and violent demonstrations, which caused the closure of some roads and tourist attractions (Machu Picchu, Montaña de Colores and others) temporarily.
The good thing about Inca Highalnds Adventure Travel is that we understand the current situation in our country and also the expectations of our travelers so we will be very understanding and flexible about our terms and conditions.
Below you will find the terms and conditions for cancellations in this situation:
BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE
Trips booked February 2023, the following applies:
We offer peace of mind on reservations, allowing flexibility for new bookings: 100% refund up to 5 days before the start of the Machu Picchu tour (minus processing fees associated with reservations).
And 100% refund up to 1 day before the start of the other 1 day tours (trekking or traditional tours) (minus the processing fees associated with the reservations).
What happens if Inca Highlands postpones my trip because of Social Protests?
If we postpone your trip due to social protests, we offer you full credits for a future booking or a full refund (minus transaction fees associated with your booking deposit) of your travel costs.
If you decide to rebook, you will receive full credits that you can use on future trips with us, valid for 2023, 2024 or 2025.
If you cancel your trip what happens?
You can cancel your trip up to 5 days prior to tour departure and transfer 100% of your trip credit to any future trip, these credits can be used for 2023, 2024 or 2025. Otherwise, you will receive a 100% refund of your reservation.
In case you cancel your trip within 4-1 day before the tour or first tour (tour package), only 5% administrative fee will be applied to the total cost of the Machu Picchu tour. But in case of trekking tours or traditional 1 day tours, no administrative fee will be applied.
